Shipping

Clint Orms Engravers & Silversmiths uses trusted, high-quality carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. During checkout, you’ll see your item description, price, and estimated Ship Time. Ship Time reflects when your item is expected to leave our studio in Kerrville, Texas.

Because many Clint Orms pieces are handcrafted in small batches—or individually produced—some items may require production time before they can ship. If the item is out of stock, or must be custom crafted, your Ship Time will include additional production time. If a confirmed ship or delivery estimate changes due to production or availability issues, we will notify you by email with the updated timeframe.

Once an item leaves our studio, the shipping method selected at checkout determines how quickly it will arrive. The shipping method cannot be changed once your order has shipped. Shipping speed applies only after dispatch and does not shorten production or processing time.

Available shipping methods:

  • Standard Ground Shipping (delivers within 5 business days; longer for Alaska/non-continental U.S.)
  • 2nd Guaranteed 2-Day Shipping
  • Next Day Guaranteed 1-Day Shipping (Saturday delivery not guaranteed)

Once your order has left our facilities, delivery may be affected by carrier delays or conditions outside our control. While Clint Orms Engravers & Silversmiths cannot be held liable for late deliveries, our team will always assist you in ensuring your order arrives as smoothly as possible.

All shipments are insured for the full value of the items purchased. Insurance costs are included in your shipping price.

 

Returns

At Clint Orms Engravers & Silversmiths, complete satisfaction is our priority. Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original ship date for any item purchased online from our in-stock collection. To initiate a return, please complete the Return Order Form located at the bottom of this page. Custom merchandise that has been designed, sized, altered, engraved, damaged, or marked as non-refundable is not eligible for return.

All returned merchandise must include a copy of your original receipt and be in the same condition in which it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.

Shipping is non-refundable unless there was a discrepancy or checkout error on clintorms.com. Returns will be credited the same way they were paid.

SALE items—including closeout products, promotional purchases, and custom/special orders—are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange without written consent from Clint Orms Engravers & Silversmiths. Gift cards and items purchased using a gift card are not eligible for a cash refund.

Defective or incorrect items should be returned within 7 business days of purchase. Warranty defects are covered by the manufacturer and will be inspected before credit or exchange is processed.

 

Exchanges

In-store and phone orders are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of ship date. A receipt is required, and all items must be new, unused, undamaged, and have original tags and packaging.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items back for exchange. Trackable/insured shipping is recommended.

Online orders may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original ship date. Items must be unused and in the same condition received.
Include your name, phone, email, and return shipping address inside the box. A team member will call to confirm receipt and next steps once the item has been delivered back to us.

For exchanges, you may contact us to check availability or prepare your requested item.

For refunds, a full refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection. Refunds are processed within 3–5 days, but may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement. Shipping fees are not refunded.

We do not provide prepaid return labels. Please use any carrier of your choice and select a trackable/insured method.

Holiday Return Window: Online orders placed from Black Friday through the month of December may be returned or exchanged until January 31. Gift receipts are available upon request.
